Our vision for Greenhill Estate was to offer first-home buyers a more affordable option, while still providing access to leading amenities in a boutique community. Located in the growing township of Wallan, we acquired the 28 ha parcel comprising 324 lots. With careful and considered design, we created an accessible community where residents enjoy the convenience of local schools and retail shopping centres within a rural town setting. The first stage of Greenhill Estate commenced in 2002 with lots selling for $27,500. Greenhill Estate delivered on our people-first mission to provide accessible housing in an inclusive community.
